The Tunnelling Association of Canada (TAC) is pleased to announce that TAC has been successful in winning the bid to host the World Tunnel Congress (WTC) and the ITA General Assembly from May 15-21, 2026, in Montréal, Canada. The bid was voted upon by the member countries in May 2023 in Athens, Greece at the WTC 2023. The theme of WTC 2026 is Connecting Communities through Underground Infrastructure / Connecter les communautés au moyen d'infrastructures souterraines.
